We do not provide specific service schedules, as strict time slots can lead to empty chairs and delays. Each artist works with one client at a time, and the bride must be present once we arrive. We move through services back-to-back to maintain a smooth flow with no downtime. Services typically take 40–50 minutes each, so we kindly ask that everyone is ready and available upon our arrival.

Bridal trials are not included in our packages. However, we offer them at a discounted rate on select Sundays for brides who have booked with us. If you require a different day, we can make arrangements, though it will be priced as a special occasion service. We recommend scheduling your trial 3–6 months before your wedding, ideally during the non-peak season.

We use a wide range of high-end products to ensure long-lasting results. However, if you prefer to use your own makeup for comfort or touch-ups, we’re happy to accommodate that.

We no longer offer airbrush makeup. We’ve found that applying light layers of traditional makeup provides better longevity and is easier for touch-ups throughout your day.

We book weddings 6 to 18 months in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $260 (or $550 for destination weddings outside Washington State) is required to secure your date.

• All payments must be made through Square via your client invoice.

• Final payments are due the day before the wedding.

• If paying cash, please have the exact remaining balance in an envelope and arrange a date and time to drop off to Aileen at her studio in Renton 

•Gratuity is accepted and greatly appreciated! You can include this cost in square via your invoice, cash envelop or Venmo straight to artist

Yes! Aileen has personally trained all of our artists, and we maintain a consistent style across our team. While we cannot guarantee specific artist requests, we’ll do our best to accommodate them—especially if you’re flexible with timing.

Bridal trials are held at our Renton studio and include both hair and makeup for $275 (discounted price on select Sundays). Trials outside of Sunday are charged at the full rate. We encourage you to bring inspiration photos or Pinterest boards to help us bring your vision to life.

Each service takes about 55 minutes, and we bring 2 artists for both hair and makeup on-site. For example, 5 bridesmaids will require about 4.5 hours. We do not create a rigid schedule but work with whoever is ready to avoid delays.

• If you have 2 artists, please have 2 people ready at the start time (3 for 3 artists, etc.).

• If you’re on a tighter timeline, an additional artist can be hired for $100/hour.

•Please let us know your desired end time when you inquire.

Yes, but only within 60 days of booking. We schedule artists based on the number of services, so after that window, the full original service amount on your invoice will still be due. Increases in services depend on availability and schedule feasibility.

Yes, we do! Travel fees apply unless you visit our studio in Renton.
