With nearly two decades in the beauty industry, Aileen Gurat Bowser brings 20 years of makeup artistry, 15 years of lash extension expertise, and 8.5 years of experience in permanent makeup for brows and lips. She specializes in enhancing Asian eyes and deeper skin tones, and is known for her flawless soft glam to high glam transformations.
Aileen’s favorite moment on a wedding day? That magical, intimate second when the bride’s glam is complete, and her bridal party lights up in awe. It’s a moment that never gets old—and it’s why she does what she does.
Starting her career at MAC Cosmetics, Aileen spent ten years mastering her craft before launching her own beauty business. Since then, she’s built a powerhouse team of artists, all thriving in a creative, uplifting space rooted in a shared passion for making women feel confident, radiant, and empowered.
Outside of her artistry, Aileen is a proud mom, wife, daughter, and sister. Family is everything—and so is adventure. She loves to travel for both work and play, and is always open to destination weddings in beautiful places around the world.
Most of all, Aileen loves connecting with people. Her brides often turn into lifelong clients and friends—and that’s the most rewarding part of her journey.

With 20 years in the beauty industry, Christel Rahman brings a wealth of experience and passion to every service she provides. Specializing in both hair and makeup, Christel is known for creating looks that truly reflect the occasion—whether it’s a wedding day, a milestone event, or a simple moment of self-celebration.
Her favorite part of being with Luxe? “I love working with Luxe because it’s such a great group of talented women. All the artists are fun, supportive, and incredibly skilled!”
For Christel, being a hairstylist and makeup artist is about more than just beauty—it’s about connection. She cherishes the conversations, the stories, and the shared excitement of her clients. “It’s so rewarding to create a look that captures exactly what someone is celebrating in that moment.”

With 14 years in the beauty industry, Natalie Bradley has found her true passion in bridal hair. Her talent for creating elegant, timeless styles makes her a go-to for brides seeking soft, romantic looks that hold beautifully all day long.
For Natalie, styling hair is more than a job—it’s a form of art. “Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to be an artist. Hair became my canvas, and I get to express my creativity every single day.”
One of her favorite parts of working in the bridal world is the travel. “I love getting to see different parts of the state I might not otherwise explore—it’s like a mini adventure with every wedding!”

Lead Hairstylist | Makeup Artist | PMU + Piercing Artist | 15+ Years of Experience
With over 15 years in the beauty industry, Malory is a true multi-hyphenate artist. Starting with a strong foundation in hair and makeup—plus six years working for MAC—she expanded her skills into permanent makeup, tattooing, and most recently, piercings. Her journey is driven by an unstoppable love for all things beauty, creativity, and transformation.
At Luxe, Malory brings not just talent but heart. “Yes, the mornings are early,” she laughs, “but the way the bridal party lights up when they see themselves—it’s priceless. The moms, the brides, everyone deserves to feel this good.”
For Malory, this industry was always meant to be her path. Her passion has grown with her, evolving into an ever-expanding creative career. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of three, embracing life with her beautiful family of five—whether that’s exploring the outdoors or trying the next best foodie spot.

With over two decades in the beauty industry, Randi Clark specializes in color and hairstyling for all hair textures. Her true passion lies in being part of a bride’s big day—helping someone feel beautiful, confident, and loved during one of life’s most meaningful moments. “I just love love!” she says.

Outside the salon, Randi is a proud wife and mom to eight amazing kids. She loves staying active, working out, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Johanna’s path started with a love for doing her own hair and makeup, and blossomed into a career she shares with her best friend. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of three and a dancer at heart—always moving to the rhythm of life with joy and energy.

Now in her second year as lead makeup artist for the Seattle Seahawks Seadancers, she knows how to deliver glam that’s camera-ready and confidence-boosting.
